A selection of posters: INDEX, Support Public Libraries.

Public libraries are institutions that support education and provide access to information, knowledge, and resources for people in their communities, and provide a quiet place for encouragement of study and reading. This study on public libraries took place in two forms of research, one was a workshop based project, drawing on personal stories from individual perspectives on why public libraries are valuable, significant places in society and what memories they carry, through visualisation and drawing of a local library in the form of a library card. The other project extends to all public libraries, including open source resources such as Wikipedia, to celebrate the unique research interests in a series of posters.
